摘要
为提高SUS304不锈钢在溴化锂溶液环境中的耐腐蚀性能,采用双功能性1,2—二(甲基二乙氧基硅基)乙烷和正硅酸乙酯为原料,在SUS304不锈钢表面制备了BMBSE/TEOS硅氧烷复合膜,并对复合膜的性能进行了表征。结果表明,复合膜与水的接触角为101.4°,远大于正硅酸乙酯膜的接触角,表现出更强的疏水性;在质量分数为55%的溴化锂溶液中的动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗测试表明,与正硅酸乙酯膜和SUS304不锈钢机体相比,功能性BMBSE/TEOS硅氧烷复合膜极大地改善了SUS304不锈钢的耐腐蚀能力。
Abstract To improve anti - corrosion performance of SUS 304 stainless steel in LiBr solutions, functional bis - silanes bis -1,2- [methylbisethoxysilyk] ethane (BMBSE) and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) composite silylanization film was formed on SUS 304 stainless steel. The properties of the films were investigated and characterized. The results showed that a perfect BMBSE film was successfully formed on SUS 304 stainless steel. The contact angle of the film is 101.4°, which was greater than that of orthosilicate film, and it had a strong hydrophobic performance. The results of potentiodynamical polarization curve and EIS in LiBr solutions with a mass fraction of 55% indicated that the BMBSE/TEOS) composite silylanization film had obviously improved the anti - corrosion performance of SUS 304 stainless steel.
