石化装置钢筋混凝土管架腐蚀调查

摘要 对中国石化扬子石油化工股份有限公司钢筋混凝土管架在石油化工大气环境中使用20 a后已出现的保护层开裂、鼓泡、破损及粉化等现象进行了调查与分析,认为钢筋在混凝土中腐蚀的主要影响因素是Cl^-的质量浓度和混凝土的碳化,而混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀是由钢筋表面的大阴极小阳极而引起的电偶腐蚀。在调查分析的基础上,提出了对钢筋混凝土管架的防护措施。 Cracking, blistering and dusting appeared on the protection layer of steel reinforced concrete pipe supports after 20 years operation in petrochemical production atmospheric environment. The investigation and analysis concluded that the major affecting factors for the concrete corrosion were Cl^- mass concentration and concrete carburization. The corrosion of steel reds in the concrete was the galvanic corrosion caused by large cathode and small anode. Preventive measures are proposed based upon the information of investigation.
