摘要
通过不断改进完善电阻探针及系统软件升级等措施,有效地提高了腐蚀在线监测的测量精度。实验室探针和试片腐蚀评定具有一定的相关性,可通过特定参数对腐蚀在线监测系统软件进行修正,使测量精度达到规定值,实验室研究结果表明,电感探针的测量精度优于电阻探针。改进后的电阻探针能够较真实地反映设备管道的腐蚀状况,而修正后的腐蚀在线监测系统能够更真实地反映设备管道腐蚀状况。
By constantly perfecting the resistance probe and upgrading the system software, the online corrosion monitoring accuracy is effectively improved. The eorrosion evaluation result of laboratory probes and specimens have certain relativity. Therefore, the online corrosion monitoring system software ean be modified through special parameters to maintain the specified measuring accuracy. The laboratory study shows that the measuring aeeuraey of the induetanee probe is better than that of the resistance probe. The improvedresistanee probe and the modified online corrosion monitoring system can reflect the corrosion status quo of the equipment and pipeline.
