摘要
介绍了我国坝工建设及管理的发展历史与现状,认为从远古至大约500年以前我国坝工建设与管理一直都处于世界先进行列,其后随政治、经济日渐落后。新中国成立后水利再次振兴,大坝数量跃居世界之首,近10年来建坝技术更是成为世界一流,大坝安全管理技术与水平也有很大提高。但仍存在病险水库多、管理不健全等不足,需要通过完善法制、加强管理、严格监督等途径予以改进。
The paper introduces the development history and current situation of dam construction and management in China. It is found that in the history and about 500 year ago, China had been in the advanced level in water development, but lagged behind later due to the slow down of economic development. The founding of new China revitalizes water development, and the number of dams in China ranks the first in the world at present. China has taken the lead in the construction technology of dam in the recent decade. Dam safety management has been improved. However, we still have a great number of high-hazard potential dams that lack of effective management. Thus improvements in legislation and supervision are necessary.
