摘要 针对西苇水库存在的大坝施工质量差,坝基坝体渗漏严重、地震液化,下游坝脚渗透变形、坝后发生大面积沼泽,以及溢洪道无法有效控制中小洪水,放水洞裂缝漏水等问题,采用抛石挤淤与坝坡砂壳翻压相结合抗液化、坝基坝体采用混凝土防渗墙、深层水泥搅拌防渗墙、基岩帷幕灌浆截渗,溢洪道改建和放水洞拆除重建等技术方案加固后,有效地解决了水库的安全隐患,保障了工程正常运行,达到了工程除险加固的预期目的。 Considering problems existed in the construction of Xiwei Dam, such as poor quality, seepage of dam foundation, earthquake liquefaction, deformation of dam toe, appear of swamping area, spillway lost the function of controlling small and medium flood, seepage of dewatering tunnel, reinforcement technologies such as dumped rockfill with compaction of dam slope, apply of concrete seepage-prevention wall, deep cement mixing wall, foundation curtain grouting, re-modernization of spillway and reconstruction of water release tunnel are implemented. It safeguards the safety and normal operation of reservoir and helps to realize the expected aim of disaster relief and reservoir reinforcement.
