摘要
建立了用高效液相色谱法测定蔗果低聚糖合成液中各糖含量的方法，该法简便易行，结果准确。采用示差折光检测器，以水为流动相，各糖相对标准偏差均小于２４％。
A sensitive and simple HPLC method for analysis of sugars in synthetic liquid of fructooligosaccharide has been developed with a RSD between 1 4% and 2 4% Water was adopted as mobile phase and a RI detector was used in the analysis
