摘要
液态铸锻双控成形是综合了压力铸造和锻造的工艺特性而提出的一种新的成形方法。以AZ91D镁合金为例,通过在相同工艺参数条件下的铸锻双控成形与普通压力铸造,并对双控成形制件进行T6热处理,后进行力学性能测试。结果显示,在相同工艺参数条件下,双控成形制件与普通压铸件相比,其抗拉强度提高94.67%和84.39%,伸长率提高121.62%和101.76%。
The liquid combination process of die casting and forging is a new forming method which combines processing property of die casting with that of forging. In this study, under the same process parameters and with the help of orthogonal test, AZ91D magnesium test samples were produced by the combination process of die casting and forging and the common die casting, respectively, and T6 method was also employed to treat the test samples. The mechanical property test results indicated that compared with that of common die casting, the tensile strength and elongation of the tested sample produced by the liquid combination process of die casting and forging were increased by 84.39% and 101.76%, respectively, and. increased by 94.67% and 121.62%, respectively for the T6-treated sampie.
