摘要
提出一种泡沫镁合金制备工艺。利用具有三维贯通孔结构的聚氨酯海绵作为母体材料,用石膏混合浆料灌浆,硬化、干燥、焙烧后得到多孔石膏型,渗流镁液,凝固、清理石膏型后得到与聚氨酯海绵结构相似的泡沫镁合金。试验中发现,镁合金在渗流过程中,有剧烈燃烧和爆炸现象发生。分析认为,多孔石膏型中的空气是发生燃烧爆炸的主要原因。采用气体保护,可消除爆炸燃烧现象,得到结构完美的海绵状泡沫镁合金。
A method of making foamed magnesium is presented in this paper. The plaster is poured into the precursor of polyurethane sponge, and a foamed plaster mould is obtained after the composite being hardened, dried and baked. Infiltrating molten magnesium into the foamed plaster mould and dissolving the plaster out of the composite after the molten magnesium solidified, then the foamed magnesium, whose structure is similar with polyurethane sponge, is obtained. Explosion and combustion take place during the infiltration of molten magnesium into porous plaster. It is thought that air and vapour is the main cause of explosion and combustion. By gas protects, the explosion and combustion problem are solved, and the foamed magnesium with perfect pore structure is manufactured.
