铸造工厂耗电量降低活动方法探讨

摘要 能源消耗降低是铸造工厂成本降低的关键,而电量消耗在动能消耗中又占主要部分。在工厂内部以各作业部为主体,按照变动电量和固定电量,展开耗电量降低活动,控制异常,减少浪费,最终可实现全厂电量消耗的降低。 Cutting down the energy consumption is the key to reduce the production cost of foundries, while the power is the important part in the energy consumption. Taking the workshop as the unit and in terms of the changing-power consumption and fixed-power consumption in the foundry, the activity of cutting down power-consumption was carried out. Additionally through controlling the unusual power consumption, and reducing the power waste, the purpose of reducing the power-consumption is achieved in the end.
