摘要
针对压铸镁合金方向盘生产过程中出现的压铸裂纹缺陷,根据裂纹产生的机理,分析其产生原因,通过控制合金原材料成分、合理设计压铸件结构、优化模具的浇注系统和排溢系统、调整压铸工艺参数等方法,压铸裂纹缺陷得到有效防止,产品合格率大幅度提高。
The reason causing the cracks on the die casting magnesium alloy steering wheel during the production was analyzed according to the forming mechanism of the cracks. The cracks was avoided by controlling the raw material composition, improving the casting's structure, optimizing the gating system and displacement system of the mold, and properly adjusting the die casting process parameters, etc, and the percent of pass was increased dramatically.
