基于过程的信息系统采纳行为模型及实证研究

Information System Adoption Behavioral Model Based on Process： An Empirical Research

技术接受模型和期卑证实理论模型是信息技术采纳领域的两个重要行为模型，分别解释了信息系统采纳前和采纳后行为的影响因素。但是静态的行为模型不能说明信息系统采纳前后行为的动态连贯性。本文以技术接受模型和期望证实理论为基础，结合信息系统采纳前后行为的影响因素，提出一种基于过程的信息系统采纳行为模型。研究通过方便抽样获得样本，以纵断面的数据为依据，用结构方程模型方法对研究模型进行了实证分析。研究结果表明所建议的模型有较好的解释能力，为信息系统采纳行为理论研究提供了新的思考。

Technology acceptance model and expectation confirmation theory model are two important behavioral models in the field of information technology adoption, and they respectively explain some influence factors of information system pre-adoption and post-adoption behavior. But these static, models cannot interpret the dynamic continuity of information system pre-adoption and post-adoption behavior. This paper examines and compares two typical models, and it integrates some influence factors from both pre-adoption and post-adoption. Then an information system adoption behavioral model based on process is suggested. Our study takes convenience sample and longitudinal data, and the suggested model is empirically tested with structural equal model. The result indicates good explanation ability in this model. The objective of paper is to suggest future research directions for explaining information system adoption.
