基于本体的企业信息化案例库系统：开发与管理

Ontology-based Case-Study Database System for Enterprise Informatization：Development and Management

知识转移是企业信息化项目成功的关键因素之一。信息化案例是知识转移中企业信息化知识的一种重要载体。本文在介绍本体的含义基础上，建立了一个企业信息化知识的本体模型，设计了一个企业信息化案例库的管理系统，分析了企业信息化案例库中初始案例和日常案例的收集方式。对于日常案例的收集，作者建议采用Web2．0的技术，吸收尽可能多的用户参与，采用粗库和正库两个案例库的结构，对用户上传到粗库中的案例进行评价和选择，转为正库，并将正库和粗库中的增加和更新信息及时通知给相关用户。作者对企业信息化案例库管理系统进行了实现，在实验室范围内进行了试运行。

Knowledge transfer is one of the key factors for the successful implementation of enterprise informatization project. On the basis of introduction of ontology concept, dais paper constructs an ontology model for enterprise informatization knowledge as well as designs an enterprise informatization case base, management system. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the methods for the collection of cases in the enterprise infonnatization case base. For the cases collection, the authors propose the case management system should apply Web 2.0 technology to attract users＇ participations as many as possible. The Case Base will be divided into two kinds the original base and the final base. Cases that the users upload to the original base will be transferred into the final base after correspending evaluation and selection. Moreover, the system will inform related users about the increase and update information of both the original base and the final base. Also, we have developed the enterprise informatization case base management system and made the system running in the scope of our Lab.
