摘要
目的:对复方岗松洗液的主药黄柏的主要有效成分盐酸小檗碱进行含量测定,以便更好地控制产品质量。方法:用高效液相色谱法对盐酸小檗碱进行含量测定,色谱条件为KromasilC18柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(0.7%三乙胺溶液,用磷酸调pH值至3.0)(27:73)为流动相;流速1ml·min-1;检测波长为349nm。结果:样品中盐酸小檗碱含量在0.076μg~0.76μg内,进样量与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率99.6%,RSD=1.35%。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速,结果准确、重复性好,可用于产品的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Cortex Phellodendri in Compound Gangsong Lotion, for a better controlment of the product quality. Methods: The berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC on Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm×200mm,5um). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer (0.7% triethylamine solution, pH adjusted to 3.0 with phosphoric acid) (27:73) at a flow rate of 1ml .min^-1. A UV-detector at 349nm was used. Results: The range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.076ug-0.76ug where the sample sizes in good linear relationship with peak areas with r=0.9998. The average recovery reached 99.6%, RSD at 1.35%. Conclusion: The established method is simple, rapid, accurate, of good reproducibility, thus can be applied to the controlment of the product.
