急性胰腺炎中参附注射液的临床治疗研究

INVESTIGATION OF EFFECT OF SHEN-FU INJECTION IN TREATMENT OF ACUTE PANCREATITIS

目的:观察急性胰腺炎用参附注射液治疗的作用。方法:将86例轻症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组采用常规治疗方案,治疗组则在此方案基础上加用参附注射液40ml静脉滴注,每日一次,连用5～10天,观察患者症状、体征、胃肠功能恢复情况及住院时间。结果:治疗组多项观察指标的恢复明显优于对照组,平均住院日明显缩短(p<0.05)。结论:参附注射液可能通过改善胰腺微循环,促进胰腺组织的修复,促进胃肠蠕动功能,减轻各种炎性介质和细胞因子对胰外器官的损害,从而快速改善病人的病情,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间。

Objective：To summarize the clinical effect of shen-fu injection in treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods：Eighty-six patients of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Conventional therapy was adopted in control group, while intravenous instillation of 40 ml of shen-fu injection daily lasting for 5 to 10 days was adopted in treatment group beside the conventional therapy. The symptom,sign and average time needed for the restoration of digestive tract function and hospitalizating were noted. Results： Almost all the clinical index in treatment group were much better than that in control group, moreover, the average duration of hospitalization in treatment group was markedly shortened （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：It is noted that Shen-fu injection can quickly relieve the symptoms and signs in patients suffering from acute pancreatitis with less complication. The beneficial effect of shen-fu injection may be concerned with its role of improving microcirculation in pancreatic tissue and inhibiting the release of inflammatory cytokines. In this way, damage to essential organs is avoided and quick recovery is gained.
