摘要
探讨分析当代大学生群体特征及其心理问题,提出大学班主任工作对策,帮助大学生顺利完成学业,以实现教育培养目标。
This article is to analyze the group characteristics and some psychological problems of the contemporary college students. Thereby some strategies and methods are raised for the class teachers to deal with these problems so as to help students accomplish their study and to achieve the goal of education.
