摘要
根据四频激光陀螺的输出特点,通过采用信号倍频和超高速采样滤波的数据处理方法,使其量化误差下降到0.003(″)/ms,能够实时准确地测量出转台在(0.01(°)/s,0.04(°)/s)范围内的角速率并绘出转台角速率的实时曲线,安装在转台上的被测惯性仪表就可以根据陀螺输出的角速率进行实时修正,从而降低转台角速率不稳定对被测仪表性能的影响。据此设计的激光陀螺速率稳定性测试仪对某型转台进行了实际测试,实现了以上性能指标。
Based on the characteristics of the four-mode ring laser gyroscopes output signals, through the data processing which adopts the multi-frequency and the very high-speed sampling, its quantization error is dropped to 0. 003(′)/ms; so it can exactly measure the real time angular rate of the rotary table between 0. 01 (°)/s and 400(°)/s, and get the curve of the angular rate, so the measured instrument on the rotary table can be corrected by the real time angular rate given by the output of the rate stability apparatus, and the angular rate instability effect to the measured instrument can be reduced. Finally, the laser gyroscopes rate stability apparatus designed on the above analysis measures one domestic rotary table,and the anticipatory performance index is realized.
