摘要
目的了解某胶囊促进消化的效果。方法设375、750、15000mg/kg·bw3个剂量组,连续给大、小鼠灌胃30d后,进行小鼠小肠动物实验,大鼠体重、体重增重、摄食量和食物利用率的观察。检测小鼠的墨汁推进率,大鼠的胃蛋白酶活性和排出量。结果小鼠小肠动物实验受试样各剂量组能显著增加小肠推进率(P<0.01),高剂量组能显著增加体重增重和食物利用率,受试样各剂量组胃蛋白酶活性和胃蛋白酶排出量显著高于阴性对照组(P<0.01)。结论某胶囊对动物具有促进消化的作用。
Objective To study the effects of certain capsule in facilitating digestive function. Method The capsule was froced to pour into stomach of SD rats and KM mouse for 30 days, with doses of 375, 750, 1500mg/kg - bw. The experiment of small in-testine locomotion in mouse was completed. The body weight, added-weight and rate of utilized-food in rats were observed. The ink advance rate in mouse, and the pepsin activity and output quantity in rats were measured. Result The small intestine locomotion rate in 3 exposured groups were enhanced compared with the control(P 〈0. 01). The pepsin activity and output quantity in exposured groups were increased significantly (P〈0.01) ly increased gestion Key words .
