摘要
目的了解住院患者的健康教育需求,针对性制定健康教育计划,提高健康教育效果。方法对内江市某医院住院患者进行笔答问卷调查。结果患者对健康教育的需求程度95.3%;患者喜欢的健康教育方法是个别指导97.2%、讲解示范95.2%、患者经验介绍87、7%、电话咨询86.1%、专题讲座85.5%、家访81.8%、专刊专栏80.1%;患者认为最需要健康教育的时机是入院时86.4%,出院前81.8%,各种治疗时89.6%;排在前4位的健康教育内容需求分别为病情咨询100%,用药知识100%,康复知识98%,饮食指导96%。结论住院患者对健康教育需求程度高;患者对健康教育方法的需求具有多样性;护士应全面了解患者,增强知识储备,把握好健康教育时机,实行全面、全程、分阶段、针对性的健康教育。
Objective To study the health education demands of inpatients so as to work out the healthy education plan, and to raise health education effect. Method A total of 352 inpatients in a hospital of Nei jiang were investigated by questionnaire. Result The needs degree to healthy education was 95.3% (335/352). The method of health education delighted by inpatients was guided individually ( 97.2% ) , explaination and demonstration( 95.2% ), experience introduction by patient ( 87.7% ) , telephone consultation (86. 1% ), lecture on special subject (85.5%), home visited (81.8%), and special issue or special column (80. 1% ). The best opportunity of the health education was hospitalization period( 86. 4% ), before discharging from hospital(81.8% ), various cure time( 89.6% ). The first four health education contents were giving counsel on patient's illness state ( 100% ) , medicine knowledge ( 100% ) , knowledge of recovery (98%), and diet guide (96%). Conclusion Health education is required highly by the patients, but the ways of performance should be various. The nurse should know the patient fully, strengthen knowledge reserve, and grasp health education opportunity. The health education should be all -round , whole journey , in phases, and taking into consideration.
