摘要
由工业PC机+运动控制卡组成的数控平台具有多轴联动功能,能够完成具有复杂曲面的足底矫形器的加工.为提高足底矫形器的加工质量,将三次B样条的方法引入加工过程.B样条方法能很好的表示自由曲线曲面的形状.通过反算控制顶点的方法,使构造的轮廓曲线能精确控制到模型每个数据点,还原曲线的原形.在数据点间进行插值,计算容易曲线光滑.为提高生产效率,在加工过程中采用连续插补的方式.多点加工一次完成减少了运行过程中电机的起停频率,不仅缩短运行时间而且能减小系统震荡.
The NC (numerical control) platform based on "Industrial Computer + Motion Control Card" can achieve multi-spindle linkage and machine complex curved surface object. To raise the machining quality, the Cubic B-Spline interpolation method is applied in machining of the foot orthosis. B-Spline method is a good solution to represent free-form curve and surface. The cubic B-Spline curve can pass the data points by inverse caculating and is returned to original shape. It is not complicated to interpolate between data points. To raise the machining efficiency, the working mode of ContiDrive is adopted. The operating time is shortened for the decrease of start and stop, and shaking hazard is reduced.
