房地产业已经成为我国国民经济的支柱产业,研究房地产市场发展阶段,对投资者进行投资决策和消费者购房具有指导意义.文章在对房地产市场发展阶段进行指标选取和界定的基础上,运用层次分析法确定权重,利用属性数学模型进行发展阶段评判,建立房地产市场发展阶段的属性综合判别模型.
