锦屏二级水电站西端混凝土系统工程进度控制监理实践

Control and Supervision on Progress of Concrete Production System Works at West End of Jinping Ⅱ Hydropower Station

锦屏二级水电站西端混凝土生产系统工程,具有施工场地狭小、施工干扰大、建设工期短、施工强度高、运行时间长等特点。监理机构采取了动态控制措施,对西端混凝土生产系统工程进度实施了有效的控制。经过参建各方的共同努力,西端混凝土生产系统于2008年5月1日正式运行投产,提前1个月实现了合同目标,为锦屏二级水电站导流隧洞工程提前浇筑混凝土提供了条件。

Concrete production system works at west end of Jinping Ⅱ hydropower station is characterized with small and narrow construction site, large construction interference,short construction period, high construction intensity and long operation period. The dynamic control measures are taken to effectively control progress of concrete production system works at west end by the supervision department. With efforts of parties involved in the construction, the concrete production system was put into operation on May 1, 2008,achieving contract objectives ahead of one month and also provides conditions for advanced concrete placement in diversion tunnel of Jinping Ⅱ hydropower station.
