摘要
目的探讨西地那非对高原移居青年心肺功能及体力作业效率的影响。方法把进驻海拔3 700 m半年的20名青年随机分为两组,一组为服药组,另一组为对照组,两组在服药前后分别用EGM-Ⅱ型踏车功量计做坐位踏车运动,初始负荷功率为50 W,每3 min递增50 W,以60r/mim连续踏车至200 W 3 min后终止。用直线回归法计算每位受试者功率200 W时的心率(HR)及血氧饱和度(SaO2),记录运动终止后5 min时HR。结果与对照组相比,服药组踏车功率达200 W时的SaO2增高;而运动时HR和运动终止后5 min时HR低(P<0.05)。结论在高原服用西地那非能明显提高高原移居青年的心肺功能及体力作业效率。
Objective To study the effect of sildenafil on cardiopulmonary function and physical work efficiency of young migrants at high altitude. Methods In the randomized study, 20 young migrants who had been living at an altitude of 3,700 meters for half an year were divided into drug group ( n = 10 ) and control group ( n = 10 ) , pedalling the EGM efficiency-bicycle ( 50W of initial load, progressively increase the load at a speed of 50W per 3 minutes to exhaustion) before and after take the medicine (sildenfil). Their heart rate (HR) and saturation of arterial oxygen ( SaO2 ) at 200 W were calculated using linear regression, and the recuperative HR was recorded five minutes alter the finish of pedalling. Results Compared with that of the control gruop, SaO2 of the drug group at 200w increased and the recuperative HR decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Sildenafil can improve cardiopulmonary function and physical work efficiency of young migrants at high altitude.
