外固定架在严重骨盆骨折救治中的应用

Application of External Fixers to Remedy of Severe Pelvic Fractures

目的探讨严重骨盆骨折早期救治的方法。方法采用外固定架对严重不稳定骨盆骨折急诊外固定，同期或分期处理合并损伤抗休克治疗，并对其疗效观察。结果11例不稳定骨盆骨折合并或无其他脏器损伤患者，经4～13个月随访，无死亡病例，骨盆骨折愈合良好，无骨盆明显倾斜，患肢短缩〈1cm，1例出现钉道感染，2例长时间行走后出现骶髂部疼痛。结论早期外固定不稳定骨盆骨折操作简单，能迅速完成，可有效控制出血，利于抗休克治疗，降低死亡率。

Objective To investigate the emergency treatment of severe pelvic fractures. Methods Eleven patients with severe pelvic fractures were treated with external fixers rapidly, and managed for shock and complicated injuries at one or two stage （ s ）. The curative effects were evaluated. Results According to 4 - 13 months＇ follow-up, no one died, all the pelvic fractures were healed. One suffered from nail-path infection, and two patients suffered from saeroihae pain after long time＇ s walk. Conclusion The rapid treatment of severe pelvic fractures with external fixers is simple and reliable, and can reduce the mortalitv significantly.
