摘要
目的通过社区护理教学,培养护理本科学生的实践能力,包括人际沟通能力、健康教育能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力、创新和科研能力。方法确立社区护理教学的培养目标,制定教学计划,建立社区实习基地,进行师资培训,调整理论课程体系,改革实践教学方法,开展大学生"第二课堂"活动。结果105名学生理论课考核优良率达96.2%;实践课优良率达86.7%;实习总结或论文优良率达75.2%;有104人(99.0%)对教学总体安排非常满意或比较满意,53人(50.5%)认为课时(理论∶实习)比例合适,30人(28.6%)希望增加实习课时,105人(100.0%)对课堂内容安排满意或比较满意,100人(95.2%)对社区实习安排满意或比较满意。结论社区护理培养方案的实施使学生的实践能力得到了提高,但还需适当增加社区实习学时,社区毕业实习有待于进一步的完善。
Objective To improve the nursing undergraduates' practical abilities through community nursing education, which include communicating skills, health - instructing ability, ability to analyze and solve problems, and ability of innovation and research. Methods The training objects of community nursing was set up, training schedules, formulated, practicing bases in community established, training programs for teachers and instructors carried out, theoretical curricula optimized, practice teaching approaches reformed, and activities of " second - curricula" for undergraduates conducted. Results Among 105 students surveyed, the fine rate got 96.2% in theoretical course test, 86.7% in practicing course test, and 75.2% in practicing summary or thesis. Some 104 of them (99. 0% ) were satisfied with the general arrangement of teaching and training, 53 of them (50. 5% ) thought curricular ratio (the theoretical to the practical) reasonable, 30 of them (28. 6% ) expected to increase the practical proportion, 105 of them ( 100. 0% ) got satisfied with the designing and arranging of the contents of courses, and 100 (95.2%) got contented with the practical arrangement in community. Conclusion The implementation of training program of community nursing makes the practicing abilities of nursing undergraduates improved. However, the practicing period in community needs properly longer and graduating practice in community remains to be further improved.
