后方医院对地震伤的放射诊断价值

Radiological Features of Injuries in Earthquake in Station Hospitals

目的探讨后方医院对地震伤的放射诊断价值。方法回顾性分析汶川地震中143例地震伤患者的影像学及临床资料,143例患者均行X线平片检查,78例行CT检查,19例行MRI检查。结果143例放射检查的特点:受检病员量大而集中、检查部位多而摆位困难。143例地震伤患者经放射学检查明确诊断:四肢地震伤81例,脊椎地震伤22例,胸部地震伤30例,硬膜外血肿4例,颅内血肿3例,肾挫伤2例,肝挫伤1例。结论放射学检查有助于地震伤的及时、准确诊断和治疗方式的选择。

Objective To explore the features and clinical value of radiological diagnoses of seismic injuries in station hospitals. Methods The imaging and clinical data of 143 patients with seismic injuries in Wenchuan Earthquake were retrospectively analyzed. All underwent X -ray plain film examinations, 78 were given additional CT, and 19 given MRI. Results The X - ray examinations were characterized by the large number of concentrated patients, multi - site examinations and difficult positioning. After radiological examinations, 81 were diagnosed as seismic limb injuries, 22 as spinal injuries, 30 as thoracic injuries, 4 as epidural hematoma, 3 as intracranial hematoma, 2 as contusion of kidneys and 1 as liver contusion. Conclusion Radiology examinations are conducive to timely and accurate diagnoses and treatment options of seismic injuries.
