Based on the analysis of regional tourism at home and abroad and the Plains Urban Agglomeration as an example, the system of regional tourism patterns structure of space to the Central and spatial strncture optimization problem are discussed. According to the consumation of tourist routes system and reorganizing the spatial structure, Central Plains Urban Agglomeration develop into an ideal model of tourism area.
