摘要
华佗在天道自然观的影响下,运用阴阳、五行及气血等医学理论创编了五禽戏,为后世的健身术开辟了先河。起源于印度流行于世界的瑜伽是东方最古老的健身术之一。二者都是具有浓厚东方人文色彩的健身术,在对人的教化、健身及维系社会秩序等方面已影响数千年,因此,对东方最古老最流行的两种健身术进行比较研究,能给世人许多有益的启迪。
Under the influence of the natrual value on the ways of Heaven, Hua Tuo created the five- animal exercise and was the forerunner of the later exercise with the medical theories of Yin and Yang, Five - Element as well as qi and blood. Yoga, which originated in India and became popular around the world, is one of the oldest exercises in Oriental world. Both exercises with the rich Oriental culture have made effects on education of humans, body - building and keeping the society in order for thousands of years. And the comparative research on the oriental oldest and the most popular exercises benefit human beings a lot.
