Analysis on 120 Cases of Premature Repolarization Syndrome

早期复极综合征(PRS)是一种较为常见的正常心电图变异。正常人中有1％～2.5％的可以发生。其本身并无临床意义,但在临床上易与引起心电图ST段抬高的疾病,如急性心肌梗塞(AMI)、变异型心绞痛、心室壁瘤等相混淆。本组在120例病人中有28例误诊为心脏疾患,误诊率达23％。建议临床医生,尤其是心内科医生应对PRS有所认识,以免造成误诊而增加病人的精神负担和经济负担。

Premature Repolarization Syndrome is a kind of variation of the normal ECG in common. 1%-2. 5% normol persons can occur. There is no clinical senses for PRS itself, but it is easy to be confused with some diseases of the ST segment elevation, such as acute muocardial infarction, variableangina, ventricular wall aneurysm, and so on. In 120 cases, 28 cases was diagnosed heart diseases, the rate of misdiagnosis was 23%. It was suggested that the doctors, especially cardio logial doctors should understand the PRS to avoid misdiagnosis, otherwise, the mental and economic load of patients will be increased.
