高职类国际贸易专业法律教学改革之探讨——兼论经济法和国际商法课程的整合

Teaching Reform on the Law-related Courses for International Business Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职类国际贸易专业的法学教育主要分两块,即经济法教学和国际商法教学,分别对应经济法课程和国际商法课程。很多从教人员认为经济法课程和国际商法课程内容存在重合,建议取消经济法,只保留国际商法课程。对此,文章认为,经济法作为基础课和国际商法作为专业课,都有存在之必要;但针对二者所含内容的部分交叉,所以必须进行教学改革。改革思路是首先应重新整合两门课程的教学内容;其次应切实加强实践教学环节,特别是经济法教学过程中的实践教学。另外,鉴于劳动法的现实性,劳动法律制度的教学应从经济法课程中剥离出来,集中于学生毕业实习前进行专项培训,方能更好的达到实用之目的。

In higher vocational colleges international business majors mainly study the two law courses: Economic Law and International Business Law.Some teachers think that International Business should be taught instead of Economic Law for the latter has many same contents as the former.For this reason teaching reform is necessary.The reform could be carried out from two aspects: teaching contents of the two courses adjusted and practice teaching enhanced especially in the course Economic Law.In addition,the contents related to Labor Law in the course of Economic Law could be left over till the last term when students have their graduation practice for they are more practical.
