二维及彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断

摘要 目的探讨二维(2D)及彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)对下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的诊断价值。方法21例DVT患者,用二维及彩色多普勒观察血栓部位、大小、回声及彩色多普勒血流显像特点。结果21例患者共23条患肢,其中单侧受累19例,双侧受累2例。10条患肢表现为亚急性期或慢性期血栓,另13条患肢表现为急性期血栓。结论二维及彩色多普勒可以成为下肢深静脉血栓的首选检查方法。
