摘要
目的探讨多种食物过敏原特异性IgG与湿疹的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测98例湿疹患者及25例正常人血清中牛奶、鸡肉、虾、玉米等14种食物过敏原特异性IgG,进行比较分析。结果湿疹组14种食物特异性IgG阳性率(69.4%)显著高于对照组(24.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。湿疹患者血清中14种食物过敏原特异性IgG阳性率依次为:虾50.0%,鸡蛋37.8%,蟹31.6%,牛奶23.5%,小麦20.4%,玉米17.3%,西红柿13.3%,大豆9.2%,牛肉9.2%,大米8.2%,蘑菇7.1%,鸡肉6.1%,猪肉5.1%,鳕鱼4.1%。0~14岁组阳性率高于其他年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论湿疹患者存在多种食物特异性IgG的升高,此检测在湿疹的预防及治疗中具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate multiple food allergic specific IgG antibodies in eczema. Methods Fourteen kinds of food allergic specific IgG antibodies were detected with ELISA in 98 patients and 25 healthy people. The degrees of allergization was observed and compared based on gender and age. Result The results of 14 kinds of food allergic specific IgG; antibody in eczema cases were: egg 35.1%, shrimp 50.0% , crab 31.6%, milk 23.5%, wheat 20.4% ,corn 17.3% ,tomato 13.3% ,bean 9.2%, beef 9.2% ,rice 8.2% ,mushroom 7.1% ,chicken 6.1%, meat 5.1% and ling 4.1%, which was obviously higher than normal control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The positive rate was significantly in children goup(0 - 14) than other age groups ( P 〈 0.05), while it was not obviously in different gender ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The food specific IgG's detection is of great importance in providing scientific bases for clinical treatment and prophylaxis in eczema.
