试论高校和谐学术生态环境体系建设

On the Construction of Harmonious Academic Ecological Environmental System in Higher Institutions

高校建设和谐学术生态环境就是要构建一个民主自由、宽容开放、公平诚信、充满活力和创造力,学术人员之间、学术人员与非学术人员之间、学术活动与其他活动之间等和谐相处的学术环境系统。该文从学术生态环境的内涵入手,分析了和谐学术生态环境建设对高校发展的作用,提出高校要通过建设宽松的学术研究环境、激励创新的政策环境、和谐共进的人际环境,构建出和谐的学术生态环境。

Constructing a harmonious academic ecological environment is to form an academic environmental system with democracy and freedom, tolerance and openness, fairness and sincerity, vitality, and innovation in which academic researchers themselves, academic researchers and non- academic researchers with each other, academic activities and other activities all exist harmoniously. This paper analyzes the role of constructing an academic ecological environment in developing higher education, and suggests that higher institutions should create a harmonious environment through a tolerant academic research environment, innovative policy environment with mutual progress and better inter- relationship.
