血友病中心护士对血友病治疗护理知识掌握程度调查分析

Investigation on nurses’ knowledge of hemophilia treatment and nursing in Hemophilia Center

目的了解目前中国血友病中心护士对血友病治疗护理知识的认知情况。方法采用自设问卷对284名血友病中心护士进行血友病治疗护理知识认知程度的调查。结果护士对血友病特征及护理常规认知较好;对血友病治疗认知不足,不了解血友病替代治疗及预防治疗因子用量的分别占51.2%和71.5%;对血友病各种急症认知不完整,不了解筋膜室综合症的占52.5%;对血友病综合护理关怀认知较好的仅占31.0%。结论熟练掌握血友病基础知识是血友病中心护士实施血友病综合护理关怀的重要前提,应通过教学培训等多种途径全面提升护士对血友病治疗护理知识的认知,尽快提高中国血友病患者的护理关怀质量。

Objective To understand nurses’ recognition of hemophilia treatment and nursing knowledge from Hemophilia Center of China. Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct the survey among 284 randomly-sampled nurses. Results Nurses had quite good knowledge of the disease characteristics and the routine nursing. They had insufficient knowledge on hemophilia treatment, 51.2% of the nurses showed no concept on factor dosage of substitute treatment, 71.5% were poor on prophylaxis treatment, 52.5% did not know Compartment Syndrome and only 31.0% of the nurses understood hemophilia comprehensive care. Conclusions Basic knowledge of hemophilia is the most important precondition for nurses to practice comprehensive care. In order to improve the care, many methods such as teaching and training should be emphasized to promote the disease recognition in nurses.
