临床路径在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果分析

目的观察临床路径在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法随机将100例糖尿病患者分为对照组与实验组各50例,对照组进行一般的糖尿病知识健康教育,实验组采取临床路径进行健康教育。观察比较两组患者低血糖反应发生情况、血糖达标率、糖尿病知识及技能的掌握情况和患者满意度。结果实验组患者血糖达标率、糖尿病知识及技能的掌握情况、患者满意度明显优于对照组,且患者低血糖发生率下降,两组比较,均P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论糖尿病临床路径健康教育可以提高患者血糖达标率、患者糖尿病知识及技能掌握率、患者满意度,降低患者低血糖发生率,是一种有效的健康教育方式。

Objective To observe the effect of clinical pathway applying in the diabetic patients＇ health education. Methods 100 diabetic patients were divided randomly into the experiment group （n = 50） and the control group （n=50）. Clinical pathway was applied in the experiment group. In the control group the regular method was used. Results Glycemic control, the healthcare knowledge and the patients＇ satisfaction degree in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group. The incidence of hypoglucemia were lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical pathway can improve glycemic control, healthcare knowledge, patients＇ satisfaction degree and decrease the incidence of hypoglucemia.
