老年住院患者口服用药存在问题分析及对策

Problems of oral drug taking in elderly patients and countermeasures

目的了解老年住院患者口服用药存在的问题,以便制订对策,指导患者正确用药。方法在参考文献基础上自行设计调查问卷,对115例老年住院患者长期用药和临时用药情况进行问卷调查。结果老年患者用药的依从性差,需要提醒服药的患者28例,占24.3%;服用自带药物的患者22例,占19.1%;漏服药物的患者12例,占10.4%;少服药物的患者7例,占6.1%;重复服药的患者6例,占5.2%。结论老年患者服药存在忘记服药、服用自带药物、漏服药物、少服药物及重复服药等现象,因此护理人员应切实做好患者口服用药的健康宣教,加强用药指导,改变老年患者不合理用药的观念,提高患者用药的依从性。

Objective To investigate the problems of oral drugs taking in elderly patients, and then to develop countermeasures with correct guidance of drug taking. Method One hundred and fifteen cases of elderly patients on long-term and temporary medication treatment were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire. Results The compliance of taking drugs in elderly patients was poor. Twenty-eight cases （24.3%） of the patients needed to be reminded of taking, 22 cases （19.1%） of the patients took their own drugs, 12 cases （10.4%） of the patients missed taking, 7 cases （6.1%） of the patients reduced taking, and 6 cases （5.2%） of the patients repeated taking. Conclusions Elderly patients had varying degrees of forgetting, missing, reducing, and repeating drug taking. It is essential to do health education in elderly patients with oral drug taking, strengthen supervision and guidance of drug taking, and change the concept of unreasonable drug use.
