本文简单回顾了离子对高效液相色谱作为一种先进的分析手段在无机分析领域中的发展历史,并对其特点、保留机理、应用现状和发展前景四个方面作了详细的介绍。
This is a review with 54 references. The retention mechanism, equipments and separation systems have been described for separating and determining inorganic ions based on ion-pair high performance liquid chromatography (IP-HPLC).The advantages and disadvantages of IP-HPIC are compared with high performance ion-exchange liquid chromatogrphy (HPIELC) and future of IP-HPLC are also discussed.
