摘要
[目的]用微波消解-ICP-AES法测定金银花和金莲花中的微量元素。[方法]用微波消解法预处理金银花和金莲花样品,用ICP-AES法测定样品中的微量元素,研究消解液种类及用量对测定结果的影响。[结果]消解液为HNO3∶HClO4=10∶3(V∶V)时,金银花中各元素有较高的检测灵敏度;消解液为HNO3∶HClO4=12∶3(V∶V)时,金莲花中各元素有较高的检测灵敏度。金银花样品中Na、Ca、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu的测定值分别为96.00、11.99、159.91、14.48、34.33和55.71μg/g;金莲花样品中这6种元素的测定值分别为25.29、3 570.63、24.60、14.65、14.56和6.34μg/g。样品中6种元素的检出限在0.005-0.021μg/ml,相对标准偏差均小于8.0%,各元素回收率在96.4%-104.2%。[结论]ICP-AES法测定微量元素,具有快速、准确、线性范围宽等优点。
[Objective] The study aimed to determine trace elements in honeysuckle and Tropaeolum by microwave digestion-ICP-AES method.[Method] The samples of honeysuckle and Tropaeolum were pretreated by microwave digestion method and trace elements in samples were determined by ICP-AES method to study the effects of the kinds and dosage of digestion solution on determination results.[Result] When the digestion solution was HNO3∶HClO4=10∶3(V/V),each element in honeysuckle had higher detection sensitivity,and when the digestion solution was HNO3∶HClO4=12∶3(V/V),each element in Tropaeolum had higher detection sensitivity.The measured values of Na,Ca,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu in honeysuckle sample were 96.00,11.99,159.91,14.48,34.33 and 55.71 μg/g resp.and those in Tropaeolum sample were 25.29,3 570.63,24.60,14.65,14.56 and 6.34 μg/g resp.The detection limit of 6 elements in samples was between 0.005 and 0.021 μg/ml,the relative standard deviation was less than 8.0% and the recovery rate was between 96.4% and 104.2% [Conclusion] ICP-AES method was used to determine trace elements had advantages such as rapid,accurate and wider linear range.
