山东曲阜地区农田生态系统土壤动物群落结构分析

Analysis on Soil Animal Community Structure of Farmland Ecosystem in Qufu Area of Shandong

采集了5种土样,对曲阜农田生态系统土壤动物群落进行了初步调查,用干漏斗法收集土壤动物,用75%的酒精保存,然后分类并计数。获得土壤动物总计427头15类,其中蜱螨类、弹尾类、线虫类为优势类群,分别占土壤动物全捕量的28.34%、36.07%、15.93%,其他种类为常见类群和稀有类群,并且对该地区土壤动物的多样性及相似性进行了分析。

Five kinds of soil samples were collected and the soil animal community of farmland ecosystem in Qufu County was investigated.The soil animals were collected by funnel method,preserved in 75% alcohol and classified and counted.427 soil animals,belonging to 15 classes,were obtained.Among them,Collembola,Acariformes and Nemata were the dominant groups,occupying 28.34%,36.07% and 15.93% in total number of the caught soil animals respectively.Other species were common groups and rare groups.And the diversity and similarity of soil animals in this area were analyzed.
