毕节地区土地利用结构动态演变分析

Dynamic Evolution Analysis on Land Use Structure in Bijie Prefecture

通过对土地利用的数量、质量、程度、多样性、区域差异、空间变化等的分析,从不同的尺度多维反映土地利用变化的规律,从而了解了毕节地区土地利用程度处在"经济发展-资源分配-结构变化"的循环调整时期。多年来通过"开发扶贫、生态建设"的试验区建设和"西电东送"重点工程项目的实施,使土地资源得到了合理利用,土地利用结构正朝着健康有序的方向发展,为新一轮土地利用总体规划修编提供科学依据。

Through analyzing the quantity,quality,degree,diversity,regional differences,spatial changes and so on of land use,the change laws of land use were reflected from different scale and multiple dimension.It was known that the land use degree in Bijie Prefecture was in the adjustment period of the cycle of ＂economic development-resource allocation-structural changes＂.Through building the experimental area for ＂exploitation and helping the poor,ecological construction＂ and applying the key engineering projects of power transmission from west to east during many years,land resources were reasonably used.Land use structure are developing towards the healthy and orderly direction,which provides the scientific basis for the total programming and remediation of new-round land use.
