摘要
综述了多胺与乙烯对采后果蔬的生理效应及相关研究进展,介绍了多胺的生物合成与氧化分解途径,分析了多胺与乙烯生物合成的关系,讨论了果蔬贮藏过程中多胺与乙烯二者的相互作用,并对其研究前景进行了展望。
The physiological effects of polyamine and ethylene on the postharvest fruits and vegetables and their relevant research progress were sum up.The biosynthesis and oxidative decomposition of polyamine were introduced.The relationship between polyamine and ethylene biosynthesis was analyzed.The interaction of polyamine and ethylene in the fruits and vegetables during the storage process was discussed and its research prospect was predicted.
