2型糖尿病患者心室肥大与血浆脑利钠肽浓度的关系 被引量:5

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY AND BRAIN NATRIURETIC PEPTIDE CONCENTRATION IN NIDDM PATIENTS

摘要 用固相免疫分析方法测定了160例正常对照和371例2型糖尿病患者的血浆BNP浓度。结果:测定值分别为10.5±8.14pg/ml和27.1±50.4pg/ml;摄X线胸片并计算心胸比(CTR),分别为43.96%±4.19%和47.59%±5.43%。糖尿病患者按CTR值分CTR正常组和异常组,CTR值分别为44.53%±3.41%和53.40%±3.43%;血浆BNP值分别为20.9±31.5pg/ml和38.9±72.8pg/ml;平均动脉压值(舒张压+1/3脉压差)分别为9.35±1.48kPa和10.05±1.49kPa。研究结果表明:2型糖尿病患者BNP和CTR值均明显高于对照组。 160 non_diabetic control subjects and 371 type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected for the measurement of brain natriuetic peptide (BNP) by immunoradiometric assay. The BNP level for healthy control was 10.5±8.14pg/ml and for diabetics 27.1±50.4pg/ml. Cardiothoracic ratio (CTR) calculated from chest film for non_diabetic control was 43.96%±4.19% and for diabetics 47.59%±5.43%. According to the valueofCTR, thediabeticswere subdivided into normal CTR group and high CTR group, CTR value being 44.53%±3.41% and 53.40%±3.43% respectively. For normal CTR group, plasma BNP value was 20.9±31.5 pg/ml and mean blood pressure was 9.35±1.48kPa; and for high CTR group, 38.9±72.8pg/ml and 10.05±1.49kPa respectively. The results suggest that the BNP and CTR values of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients are obviously higher than those of non_diabetics, and the BNP and mean blood pressure of the high CTR group are very significantly higher than those of the normal CTR group.
