摘要
以SD大鼠ES(内毒素休克,内毒素0.8mg/100gb.w.iv)为模型,观察了CCK-8抗ES过程中平均动脉血压(MAP),血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)及吞噬细胞化学发光(PCL)的变化。实验结果:CCK-8可使ES大鼠MAP回升,血浆SOD活性升高(P<0.01),MDA含量减少(P<0.05);吞噬细胞本底发光增强、峰值增高、峰时缩短(P<0.05)。结果表明CCK在抗ES过程中可提高SOD的活性,降低MDA含量和增强吞噬细胞的吞噬功能。提示ES时CCK对机体具有重要的保护作用。
It has been reported that blood cholecystokinin(CCK)level was increased during endotoxemia and endotoxin shock(ES).Recently it was found in our department that CCK-8 could reverse experimental endotoxin shock.The rat model of ES(endotoxin 0.8mg/100gb.w.iv)was used to observe the changes of mean arterial pressure (MAP),blood SOD、MDA and phagocyte chemiluminescence(PCL) during CCK reversing ES.The results showed that MAP was elevated(P<0.05),activity of plasma SOD was increased(P<0.01),MDA content was decreased(P<0.05),the background and peak value of PCL were enhanced as well as the peak time was reduced(P<0.05)after CCK injecting in ES rats.It is suggested that CCK could increase SOD activity,decrease the MDA content,and enhance the functions of phagocyte during CCK reversing.ES,CCK has importent protective action in ES.
