国产头孢他啶的临床评价及随机对照观察

Clinical evaluation and a randomized comparative study of domestic ceftazidime

用国产头孢他啶治疗１２４例各系统感染，结果总有效率为９４．４％，细菌清除率为９０．８％，不良反应发生率为８．９％，主要为消化道及过敏反应。在呼吸道及泌尿道感染病人中，应用头孢他啶者５０例与应用头孢哌酮者５１例进行随机对照观察，其结果两组的临床疗效、细菌清除率及不良反应发生率均相仿，其差别无显著性。

This study reported the efficacy and safety of domestic ceftazidime in the treatment of 124 cases of various bacterial infections. The total clinical efficacy rate was 94.4% and the bacterial eradication rate was 90.8%. The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 8.9%, most being digestive tract reactions and allergic reactions. The randomized comparative study was carried out simultaneously. 50 cases treated with ceftazidime and 51 cases with cefoperazone in respiratory tract infections and urinary tract infections. There were no statistical differences of clinical efficacy, bacterial eradication rate and adverse drug reactions between two groups.
