充血性心力衰竭患者血清甲状腺激素和心功能的变化

The changes of heart function and plasma thyroxine in patients with congestive heart failure

测定56例充血性心力衰竭患者甲状腺激素水平的变化，发现三碘甲状腺原氨酸明显低于正常，反三碘甲状腺原氨酸显著升高。心力衰竭（心衰）程度越重，变化越明显。提示甲状腺激素变化对心衰患者心功能损害程度、治疗和预后具有一定意义。

We studied the changes of plasme thyroid hormone levels in 56 patients with congestive heart failure, and found that triiodothyronine reduced and reverse triiodothyronine elevated significantly. The more severe heart failure, the more obvious changes of the hormones were observed. These data indicate that the alterations of plasmia thyroid hormone level may be valuable to dentify the deterioration of heart function, the effect of treatment and prognosis in patients with congestive heart failure.
