喉舒宁素片制备工艺对其膜衣外观影响的考察

Influence of Different Processes of Houshuning Tablets on Their Film Coated Appearance

本文通过不同的包衣工艺指标对用不同工艺制备的喉舒宁素片进行包衣，对所得膜衣片外观进行考察，发现：不同工艺制备的该素片在硬度、脆碎度方面并无显著差异，但对在不同的包衣工艺指标下所得的膜衣片外观却有明显影响。

The appearance of film coated tablets were investigated with different film coating process indexes to coat the Houshuning,uncoated tablets which were prepared in different granulation processes. The results showed that there was no significant difference on the hardness and friability of the uncoated tablets prepared by different processes, but the appearance of the film coated tablets were obviously affected by the different coating process indexes.
