“康孚”油剂平喘镇咳祛痰作用的研究

Experimental Studies on the Antiasthmatic, Antitussive and Expectorant Effects of Kanfu Oil Preparation

采用豚鼠整体动物引喘法和离体气管条实验法、小鼠酚红法、小鼠氨水引咳法和豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法，分别观察“康孚”油剂平喘、祛痰、镇咳作用。结果显示“康孚”油剂能延长组胺－乙酰胆碱引发豚鼠哮喘潜伏期，并对乙酰胆碱引起离体气管收缩有明显舒张作用；增加小鼠气管内酚红排出量；减少氨水引发小鼠咳嗽反应次数及枸橼酸引起豚鼠咳嗽反应次数，并延长咳嗽潜伏期。小鼠口服ＬＤ５０＝１１．３１ｍｌ／ｋｇ。表明“康孚”油剂具有平喘、镇咳、祛痰作用，且毒性较小。

The antiasthmatic,antitussive and expectorant effect of Kanfu oil preparation were investigated in intact animal model and the contraction of tracheal strips of guinea pig in vitro.The results showed that Kanfu oil could prolong the latent period of histamine acetylcholine- induced asthma in guinea pig and counteract the Ach-induced contraction of isolated trachea and increase phenol red output of trachea in mice. It could also decrease the frequency of cough induced by ammonia in mice and by citric acid in guinea pig and prolong the latent period of cough. It can be concluded that Kanfu oil has significant antiasthmatic, antitussive and expectorant effects. The toxicological study showed that it had wide safety margin with LD 50 11.31ml/kg by oral in mice.
