摘要
本文建立了复方盐酸达克罗宁霜的质控方法，探讨了用一阶导数光谱法测定盐酸达克罗宁含量，平均回收率１０１．７％，ＲＳＤ＝０．８０％。并用ＨＰＬＣ法测方中醋酸曲安奈德含量，平均回收率１０１．７％，ＲＳＤ＝１．０％。
A quality contral method for compound dyclonine hydrochloride cream was established. The content of dyclonine hydrochloride in the cream was detected by first order derivative spectrophotometry, with average recovery 101.7% and RSD 0.80%, and the content of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in the cream was determined by HPLC, with average recovery 101.7% and RSD 1.0%.
