摘要 目的探讨脉长推导参数(DPPL)、桡动脉及周围组织纵切面面积的周期变化率(CVRA)与脉长之间的关系。方法应用可视化脉动信息采集分析装置,同步采集40例具有不同脉长的患者和20例平人关部脉的压力信号、心电信号和桡动脉纵切面动态B超图像。在MATLAB7.0.1软件对数字信号和超声图像进行分析处理的基础上,观察不同脉长对DPPL和CVRA的影响。结果与平脉组比较,脉长变组和脉短变组的DPPL和CVRA差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);与脉长变组比较,脉短变组DPPL和CVRA明显减小(P<0.01)。结论DPPL及CVRA可以作为初步判别脉长的参数。 Objective To explore the relationship among derived parameter of pulse length (DPPL), cyclical variation rate of area (CVRA) of longitudinal section of radial artery and peripheral tissue and pulse length. Methods A new-type sphymograph was applied to collect synchronously the pressure phygmograms of guan pulse, signals of ECG and dynamic B ultrasound images of longitudinal section of radial artery of 40 patients and 20 healthy persons. The effect of different pulse length on DPPL and CVRA was observed based on the digital signal processing and image analysis with MATLAB 7.0.1. Results Compared with those in normal Pulse group, DPPL and CVRA of long-variation pulse group and short-variation pulse group were significantly different (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Compared with those in long-varzation pulse group, DPPL and CVRA of short-variation pulse group were significantly decreased (P〈 0.01). Conclusion DPPL and CVRA can be used to differentiate the pulse length preliminarily.
