摘要
以某低速汽车为例,针对整车在40km/h行驶速度下出现的垂向振动问题,在将车身视为刚性体的单质点和多质点模型的基础上,建立了该低速汽车的多质点且计及车架弹性的1/2整车动力学模型;并在整车道路试验及车架试验模态分析的基础上,运用理论分析、仿真模拟相结合的方法,对3种模型进行了仿真分析和研究。计算结果与试验结果吻合,表明将车身视为弹性体是有必要的,并且明确了单质点刚性车身和多质点弹性车身模型的适用范围分别为0~10Hz和10~20Hz。
The low speed vehicle has been selected asprototype and analysis has been done with the theory of vehicle vibration, because in the condition of good roads and empty loads at the speed of about 40 km/h, this truck vibrated distinctly. Then three different kinds of vehicle vibrating models were established. According to the truck's road test and modal test, and the theory of vehicle vibration, the simulation of these three models was made, and the results were analyzed. It proved the results of simulation well agreed with the experiment. The frame should be considered as elastic. The frequency for the single particle rigid frame is 0--10 Hz and 10--20 Hz for the multi-particle elastic frame.
