摘要
采用二次回归通用旋转组合设计方法,建立了排种器性能指标与排种盘参数间关系的回归方程,并对试验因素与性能指标的影响规律和趋势进行了分析。试验结果表明,在播种京丰甘蓝种子的条件下,为保证排种器具有较高的单粒指数和较低的重播和漏播指数,排种盘型孔的直径应为2~3.5mm、型孔深度为2.2~3.6mm,清种气流流量为0.4~0.55m3/h。以排种器单粒指数最大为目标,以重播和漏播指数最小为约束条件求得优化参数组合为排种盘型孔直径2.4~3.5mm、型孔深度2.8~3.4mm,清种气流流量0.46~0.55m3/h。
Applying quadrate regression experiment with general rotary design method, mathematical models that described relation of seed dispensing criteria and influence factors of the metering device were established, and the impacting tendency and regularity of influence factor on seed dispensing criteria were analyzed. Experimental results showed that higher single seed index with lower multi-seed and missing seed index could be achieved for Jingfeng cabbage seed when cell diameter and sell depth of metering disc were 2-- 3.5 mm and 2.2 - 3.6 mm respectively, and air current amount was 0.4 0.55 m^3/h. With the maximum single seed index as goal and the minimum multi-seed and missing seed index as constrains optimal parameters of the disc cell was determined as diameter is 2.4 3.5 mm, depth 2.8--3.4 mm, and air current amount 0.46--0.55 m^3/h.
